3. Client Obligations

To ensure a smooth and successful collaboration, you, the client, agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information needed for project completion.

Respond to requests for feedback within the agreed timeframes.

4. Payment Terms

Pricing and Payment

A detailed invoice will be provided for all projects, outlining scope, timelines, and payment schedule.

Final payment is due upon project completion or as otherwise outlined in your service agreement.

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars, and late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Liability

Limitation of Liability

JSG Biocleanse Services shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas.

8. Amendments

JSG Biocleanse Services reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Contact Information

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP”. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
