As required by the Administrative Rules of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation 16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 78.140. Post-Remediation Assessment and Clearance of a Texas state licensed Mold Assessor must provide guidance and clearance on all mold remediation projects in the state of Texas.
