We conduct our mold inspection through moisture mapping by utilizing equipment such as infrared cameras, hydrometers, and moisture meters.

This allows us to collect psychometrics and physical data. Which helps us to detect affected materials that could create an environment that will grow mold.

Once we have completed and obtained the data from our moisture inspection, we will then conduct a Lift or an air sample in the areas of concern. Those samples will then be taken to a third-party laboratory to be analyzed.

After receiving the results of your samples we will then compile the information into a report along with the lab analysis. Upon request, the data collected from the inspection report and lab analysis can be written into a protocol for your mold remediation project.

 
Once the remediation contractor is ready for a Post Remediation Verification, we will conduct our Visual Mold Clearance and then take a lift or air sample to be analyzed by a third-party laboratory. If Clearance is achieved you will then receive a CMDR (Certificate of Mold Damage Remediation).

Once your project attains a Protocol written by a Mold Assessor Consultant we can then provide you with a free estimate. After gaining the contract to do the Remediation work, we will then be able to formulate a timeline to complete the project. 
 
This timeline will include: 
  • Us setting up a containment and the required equipment.
  • Removal of the affected materials based on the scope of work per protocol.
  • The cleaning and sanitization of the affected areas with solutions. 
  • The set up of equipment to dry and air scrub inside the containment.
  • The preparation of the containment for Final Clearance.
 
Based upon the affected square footage. We will conduct a site inspection to formulate a plan, which will include the set up of a negative airspace; along with the proper air filtration devices. 
We will also HEPA Vacuum and wipe areas of concern with solutions.
