Environmental Clean

$125per sq. ft
  • + $125.00 for ozone or hydroxyl for 24 Hrs.
  • Set up equipment: Negative Air Filtration Device and HEPA air scrubber(s).
  • HEPA vacuum and wipe horizontal surfaces. This does not include content or textiles.

Remediation

  • Based Upon Protocol and Visual Inspection

  • If the scope of work expands or unforeseen delays occur, additional costs may apply. We will promptly notify you if there are any changes affecting pricing or timelines.

Visual and Clearance Testing

$38500+$60.00 per sample.
  • Visual Quality Control Inspection prior to clearance testing
  • Visual Clearance Evaluation
  • Air or Tape Lift Samples
  • Clearance report with lab analysis, and CMDR if the job meets the conditions and requirements.
